HalalinIndia is an individual initiated endeavor to facilitate the information and explore the market opportunities towards Halal certified products in India. India, third largest Muslim populated country after Indonesia and Pakistan, has the 160 Million Muslim which constitutes more than ten percent share in overall Muslim population of world. Demand of Halal certified products doesn’t indicate to an identical effort from mainstream products but it only explore the new markets for Muslim consumers as they have some constraint due to religious obligation. Halal tagged products are easily available in USA and European countries where the Muslim population’s share is negligible.
Keeping the needs of Halal certified products into consideration, HalalinIndia venture is launched in Delhi to provide the basic information about the nature of Muslim consumers and the market potentialities in different industries.
